Sad News.....

Tomorrow (Saturday) would have been John's birthday. How he'd have loved me teasing him about his being older than me, and how he'd have gotten all flustered and fun.

I know his hurts are no more, and his heart and spirit are now free. I think tomorrow will be a day I think of him just a bit more, and do it with a smile.

The plan here today is to light a candle for him, wish him a happy birthday
then pray we had more really wonderful people like him out there in this world.

Happy Birthday John.... Have some fun up there
at that huge Nascar Ford racing party they are having for you today :rose:

Nice of you to do, Starry

I miss him all the time.

Last night I put some of the beans he sent us into the crock pot to make beans and rice, and Nat and I had a good little chat about what a good man he was.

He will live on forever through all the people he touched! :rose:
Tell Nattie Boo I said to raise a toast from me too next time you do that.
Mr. Fishy & I have been watching his Nascar picks run up the wall.
So we think of him each week as we check it out.
