Personally, I would not retain an attorney who opined that "free speech is subject to the subjective opinion of a sworn police officer", one who has declared "dissent" to be the functional equivalent of "domestic terrorism", who opines that driving an automobile is "assault with a deadly weapon" and just today "proven" to us that there is no such thing a
