I was watching TV earlier, and a couple was having sex. She called out another mans name during the sex.

I did this with an ex. We were just coming to the end of the sex and I said the name of the ex from just before her. She was amazingly understanding because I was with the previous girl for four years. She said that if I had said someone else's name she would have been pissed.

We use the sub's entire name as a safe word in BDSM play. It's something she won't forget, and it really startles the hell out of you when you hear it.

Unless she's Thai and has one of those Thai names, like Rattaphataphongamop Tippiveddaramadong. then we just use "firetruck".
