My oldest daughter had read this book and came home with the movie and said that I must see it. I saw it together with her and i didn't think I could produce so much tears. Not a pretty sight to see.
But it was a great movie!

Blue Valentine. I actually watched this for the first time around when my first marriage was going to shit. Every other day it was sobbing arguments and screaming. Being henpecked to death to the point where I barely recognized myself. This movie completely nailed what love gone wrong looks like. It's devastating but such a well done piece of art.

The Lion King. My heart gets repaired by the end of the movie but damn, that stampede scene is so fucking sad. I still haven't watched the live action version from a few years ago cos I'm afraid of that scene
So tragic. I watched this movie for Keira, James, and that green dress. I didn't know I was going to get an emotional punch in the gut.
He is! I really liked this movie. Shame there wasn't more of Luke Evans but needs must.
