Also good on the side of a Korean BBQ grill where the oil from the meat drips into the corn cheese and egg (that's what's in the other side).

The Korean BBQ places I’ve been to called it “corn cheese” instead of “cheese corn,” and it was an optional add-on to banchan. That grill with the troughs on the side looks very handy though!
