Oh, the cheese is the best part. That particular one is probably the place with the best horseshoes in the state, and it's all because of their cheese sauce. They make it homemade unlike most places. It comes out thinner than your typical nacho cheese, but that's a good thing with the way the sandwich is.

Well, truth be told... I haven't had one since I made my health changes. I do miss them...

There's a place locally to me now that does a BBQ version, uses cornbread muffins instead of Texas toast and tosses some baked beans and pulled pork in there too (I always pass on the beans, ha).

I probably had enough of them to last me a lifetime before I tightened up the diet.

When I get down to where I want to be weight wise, I'll probably let myself start having the occasional splurge on that stuff again.
