I have a friend with a very similar one! But hers starts a little further up her forearm, not right by the wrist. It’s really pretty!

Okay, second choice, because being an evil overlord is a lot of work, and you would have to spend so much time keeping tabs on The Trashcan Man.
I have always been a vampire fanboy, ever since I was a kid. (I was in Dracula in high school. Of course, I ended up as Renfield. I have no sexy.) But which version? BookDracula is nothing but a rapist and monster. Most vampires seem to need to kill their prey, and that would really kick in my existential issues. Not gonna spend a hundred years feeding on rats, thank you, Angel. So I would go with Energy Vampire from the TV version of What We Do In the Shadows. Colin Robinson for the win.
You are a day walker, so you can be a vampire at brunch.
You don't have most of the weaknesses, like holy water and God.
Okay, you can't turn into a bat, but Staten Island has an excellent public transportation system (as does Portland).
And you feed by either enraging people or boring them with meaningless stories and random boring facts, and I do that here already, so this way I get to survive off of it. I could be a boring Creature of the Night. And Day.
