Yeah, that was my question. Where are the other cheeses? ( My vote? @Whiskeyjack got them disqualified.) Gorgonzola with steak sauce? Herbed cream-style, or mozzetta for stuffed? Or other toppings Peanut butter? Pastrami and sauerkraut ( I miss Red Robin's Red Ruben)? To much left off.

I’m more into their Southern Charm burger, easy on the mayo. That candied bacon! There are multiple ingredients I dislike in Reubens though

I tried that burger once. I *hated* the candied bacon. I love bacon, but sugary bacon does nothing for me.
