If so, what is the ideal length before you’d want out?

What would you do while in it?

It would be cool to occasionally time loop a Saturday. Just chill and do whatever. If I could turn it off and on that would be ideal. No Groundhog Day hellscape for me.

Loop continues until I say the phrase:

The loop resets itself everytime so no you wouldn't age. The only trick with the lottery would be to memorize the numbers and then time it so you go back to the beginning of the loop before they announce the winning numbers. It can be done!
