Ok, I've found the vegan cheese brands I like and it has been life changing! Finally! Grilled cheese and quesadillas can be in my life again!!!

Which ones? The ones we liked in L.A. aren’t as readily available up here. So I’m open to suggestions

Did you see that a vegan cheese maker was ejected from a dairy sponsored cheese competition when it looked like they were going to win?

I have to say the majority of vegan cheeses are not the best. But if you are ever in London, Fauxmagerie is amazing

And to answer the question, buffalo-sauced or breaded and fried are both good! Bones freak me out though.
