Sex & Shenanigans

I used to be super shy about my voice. Especially online. It's deep and fried and not very girlish. But @morelikeasong pushed me into speaking here, and that's since evolved into me singing and reciting poetry and trying to pronounce weird foreign words...

Start easy, say hi, baby steps 🥰
Seriously???? Your voice was meant for Dipsea/Quinn. You could make good money whispering naughty sweet nothings in people's ears!

All this talk about loving certain types of sexy voices:
Forget trying to sound cute or worrying about others judging a vocal fry. Find you someone who will sit through episodes of classic Doctor Who with you coughing your lungs out while being so sick your throat is raw and you can barely speak

We joke about this, but in my experience getting communication from women about 'yes do that' or 'not there go deeper/less deep' or 'faster' or 'slower' or 'that's the wrong one' is incredibly difficult. Gimme feedback!

Same.

"You should just know what I want.

I’ll take one for the team
Only one?

that only applies if I've told you what I want for my birthday gift. Not sex, not pleasure.

It is so difficult to quiet our minds sometimes, that we are barely able to figure out what feels good, because we're still tallying the grocery list, and trying to remember if the kid's science project is due tomorrow.

I wish more women took the time to educate themselves on their own bodies & minds. Apps like OMGyes, and books like Come as You Are, and Sex Points , can be priceless in the pursuit of connection, communication, and pleasure

Agree with all of that. Just haven't been able to convince her.

I don't normally like to drink during the workweek, but here we are. Some days it's all I can think to do.
Sometimes I wish I could just quit everything.
I 100% get that. The thing is whether you see it as a blessing or a curse your heart continues, the lungs persist. The arms and legs still move. If you find no other will to exist other than to be a stick in some other bastards eye, you aren't done yet.

Most of my work involves removing said sticks from eyes (metaphorically speaking). I have no actual intention of quitting. Just a profound desire. It'll pass.

I'm stopping at two. I'm slightly toasty... enough to dull the edge of the night. But drinking alone on a weekday isn't something I want to necessarily make a habit of.

Ah, the mote & beam conundrum . Well, it does say to leave strong drink, or was it wine 🤔, for the poor in heart. So, drink up, my friend, tomorrow will be a fresh start
