Nah, they might judge your hygiene, but after waxing tons of Brazillions, I would say that Vag is like a fingerprint, everyone's is unique. You just get used to it. In all my time I only saw one that gave me pause. Her labia minor looked like bat wings. No joke.

In general, you see so many and the mindset is on the job that the genitals aren't really thought about like that. @MindYaBitness is correct.. hygiene? We talk about that and judge that All. The. Time...."dude the smell in 5A? Get some room spray"

The first time I ever saw a severely prolapsed uterus gave me pause but then again I was 21 and very new to it all.

Personally, when I am with a female, the only thing I'm thinking about regarding her private places are how to exude confidence and just being as professional and routine as possible... showing the upmost respect and care. Often I'm just trying to keep her mind off what I'm doing with conversation and get in and get out quick.

My mom left the hospital after I had my first, went home and told my step dad my baby was beautiful… his response was “like grandma beautiful? Or real world beautiful?”

I don't think there's something that is an immediate turn off, other than maybe a bad smell. Bad hygiene is going to cause an immediate reuplsion.

I have preferences. For example, I may be drawn to wide shoulders, but a slim guy can be just as attractive if he wears it well, and exudes confidence. I may prefer dark hair, but some guys wear their baldness really well.

Usually immediate turn offs have more to do with something less feature associated and more tangential, like if they're telling sexist jokes, or start chewing with their mouth open.

I do prefer a guy who is bigger than me, weight and height, but that's really it. So, a smaller guy maybe I wouldn't want to jump right away, but he could still woo me with a good sense of humor.

Also, as mentioned by smart friends above, good hygiene and not a douche canoe. That last part can be hard to find.
