I prefer chickens. Easy to raise, and a cheaper source of meat, and the eggs are just as cheap—and taste a whole helluva lot better than store bought.

Weirdest meat is probably gator or moose. For those saying Bison, that’s a pretty basic Midwest meat, those ranches are everywhere now

Pinch of crushed red pepper
S&P to taste
