Yup, that’s the secret to training a Border Collie…just let it do what it likes and try and time your commands to suit - Lab’s have a reputation for being chewers, a little fact I was totally unaware of because I failed to do my homework. If you’re thinking of getting a Lab I would advise you let it teach you how to throw a ball.
Sounds to me like she’s looking for attention and I bet ‘cause she’s poorly you’re being more patient with her. You mustn’t forget she’s like any typical female…she’s got to be disciplined for her misbehaviour

Yeah, yeah I've given her extra special attention these days, making the most out of the time we have left with her and yes she does get chastised when she misbehaves.
On that note, our house maybe having another dog visitor at the end of the month for the summer.
Yesterday had a big Mother's day bbq and one of my friends asked me to take care of her dog because her mother is ill and she's has to go to Florida for the summer.
So I maybe having a 18 month old pug in the house soon. Dang thing is so darned cute. I'm justa big sucker for dogs.

Yup, course you give her special attention, we did with ours as well. I reckon everybody does -- Pugs are cute in the ugly kinda way, they remind me of me. I always wanted an English Bulldog for that reason because they say dogs should resemble their owners
. Started when i was 15 working food and beverage. Once i hit 21 I did various things from cocktail waitress to coin vault working with 50 million dollars, but mainly I was a slot mechanic fixing machines and paying off jackpots. I loved working the floor and the camera was my best friend

When I was a teen I spent a heck of a long time learning how to cheat at cards because I wanted to work in a casino, it looked so glamorous on the TV. I learned how to deal from the bottom, stack a deck, and palm ‘em good enough to fool most people around a table…then I heard about pit bosses and cameras so decided being a croupier wasn’t really my calling
It’s heartbreaking…I’ve done a lot of pretty tough things but one of the hardest things I had to do was take that Lab in. Perhaps you’re correct that it’s the hot-weather, I certainly hope so. -- Yup, I might get one someday, but watching Lola ( Jacks bulldog) chuck up on ‘The Osbourne’s’ kinda put me off

Kylan it has been dreadfully hot here this past week and my house absorbs all the heat. My AC is still currently in the garage, hoping to have it hooked up this weekend. I need about 3 or 4 strong men to carry it into the back yard and hook it up still.
Yes I'm kinda getting worried, although she still has spring in her step, I've also noticed a big hard lump under her throat now as well and she's started snorkling again
