Sorry I have not been participating for a while - I am under a few pushing and pulling pressures at present.

Some to do with things happening at home - some to do with my old camper nearly resolved. And the demands of writing a number of stories for another site - I need / like the money .

I picked up on Alex's point about the references to a 600 pop which has now increased. As far as I am concerned the editor can alter these kind of details in my stories as they neither add to or are important to the story itself.

Population problem

I was about to try and do the edit thing on my story - the untitled one and immediately ran into a problem.

What do I do with the sign - before Snippetsville had a defined population figure. Now it is, quoting Alex, "about 2000" now hat stuffs my opening paragraph - I need a figure and I do not want to step on anyone elses story.

I wish WSO would just make the changes - either I just do what she says to do or I get all precious about my creation.

By the way have not figured out how to do this edit thing - it looks way beyond my abilities. I tried to save the corrections to refer to and the printer spewed out the entire thread. - At this moment the PC is in grave danger of going through a window - mind you that could be because I have a sort of writers block and less than 24 hours to finish a story. Tried kicking the dog but he bites back.

a) Snippettsville population will be as at this moment in time, 2000.

b) Your creations are precious, I'll let ya be precious about it.

c) Just make sure you highlight your own story, then print the selection highlighted. You should get header and footer Literotica website references, but that's about all.

To edit your story, it is the same as editing a post. At the bottom of each posting is a 'edit' or 'quote' button.

Click 'edit', let it open and go in and make your changes. When finished click 'submit' and it'll update your original posting.

Why thank you mam, I kinda knowed I could rely upon you fer good advice. So now I'll mosey down to my story and do the edits.

FOLKS IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT GUESSED THE BLOCK BROKE LAST NIGHT - I WAS GRINDING OUT THIS STORY BEFORE I WENT BED WORD BY PAINFULL WORD.

I woke up an hour later (3.30 am) and started a new story - by 5 am when I crawled to bed I was 1000 words in and I am off to complete it now.

As Rainbow Skin has now signed in on the Legal thread, we are now able to include her story What a Place to Break Down in the SG submissions.

jon I'm sorry! I had no idea you had been blocked! I'm glad that you're writing again though. Please feel free to shout if you need the help.

at this point i have not received answers to my PMs from Erlikkhan. He/she has not signed in on the Legal thread.

Therefore, his/her story 'Driving out the Demons' is not accepted for SG.

also at this point, i have not heard anything from evenwithitall. He also is not on the Legal thread.
