Reluctantly and grudgingly, and getting digs in where he could, but he had to acknowledge the --quote-- intelligence --unquote, which I'm sure was a very bitter pill to swallow. His tweet was noticeably lacking in his usual 10 yr old style.

And he hasn't even been inaugurated yet.
