it was +6 C yesterday and the Snow was melting but this Morning its -14 C still cold enough to have the Heater on in the Car~ Wishing you all a"Great Day"

I could not live in the cold of Canada.

It is shirt sleeve weather here. Easy to take my dog out for a walk

Hey Paul. Life is all about the new pain meds and napping right now. They were all freaked over me tossing out the morphine post surgery and just using my normal meds 2x. So they gave me a higher version of my normal meds. I haven't had sleep like this in 2 years since I hurt that left shoulder the first time.

How's life on the road been ???

Well had a bad allergic reaction to the new meds.
Made it in 5 whole meds (24 hours) and they suddenly made me so dizzy and lightheaded it was scary.
They are kicked to the curb and I'm waiting on instructions.

Hope you all are off to a good start today.

Starry - med issues like that can be scary. I had one when I was in recovery from my injury some years ago. Woke up, felt out of it. By the time I got dressed and got to the top of the steps to go to the doctor I realized there was no way I was going to make it down the steps and had to hit 911.

Ms Ling has a point. When the Spacebar was first started, there was a crew that would be here all the time. Many of them have left or have been on Lit less since then. It's the way things are really.
