I had to go lay down flat for a while. I must have done something off or slept crooked cause I've got some knife pain in my lower back right side. I tried going to walk the Super Center to get my lower back and legs working. even tried cooking for a while today too for the freezer but just one little turn again and nasty pain.
I miss getting down your way. There used to be a place I loved to eat called La Carreta I think. It meant the wheelbarrow or ox cart or something like that. Other then homemade it was the best Cuban food I ever had in a restaurant.
