Offline content is a collection of pictures your puter stores in the temporary internet folder. It's meant to make web page loading faster but if there are too many images stored the reverse is true.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 you'll find it in the general tab of internet options (in the tools menu). There's a button there that says 'Delete files' then check off delete all offline content. It may take a few minutes depending on how much is in there.

Netscape has it too somewhere me thinks.

No I didn't sleep well at all, and on top of that I slept in.

I have to go for a nice long walk after work because my chi is all fucked up. Seasonal burn out depression? I don't know. But a good walk will take care of that.
