Except the marketing director ADMITTED that they (the company AND Ms. Sweeney) KNEW the ad would be controversial and push buttons - because they KNEW there WAS nazi / white supremacist language & imagery in the ad:

From the article:
“In the run-up to the ad blitz, the company's chief marketing officer told trade media outlets that it included “clever, even provocative language” and was “definitely going to push buttons."

Is it racist to exploit nazi / white supremacist language & imagery in an ad ??? Even if it’s "just" a wink and a nod??? Even if it’s "just" to exploit the culture wars???

ALL marketing is supposed to push buttons. They do it intentionally so that people will remember the ad and company.
That people like you equate marketing strategies to something more than that, is why you're such an idiot. You make it so that every banana ad is pornographic, women's clothing is designed to reduce women to sexual playthings, and normal social activities are racist unless there's a certain ratio of skin color/gender involved. Even beauty is intentional infliction of emotional distress under that kind of insanity.
Your real problem isn't that marketing pushes your buttons, but that you have REALLY BIG buttons to push. So big they almost push themselves by force of gravity. Which, by the way, is sexist because it has deleterious effects on certain portions of the female anatomy.
