Mine has some significant errors with a name towards the end. I want to submit an edit, but they take so fucking long for such minimal returns that it's not really worth it for stupid errors due to rushing towards a deadline.

The character was meant to be named Ray and at some point a "Ron" or two slipped in. Ron is the IRL guy "Ray" is based on. A "Roy" also slipped in, but it was just a typo between the two names. Oops. I'm pissed at myself for that, lol. But overall, I like the story I submitted for that event.

Next time I'm gonna finish early and leave more than a single day to edit! (after Tainted Love, I mean. 'cause... I might not even have a single day to edit this one!)

You might as well submit the correction. Who cares how long it takes to be updated? Someone finding your story in five years would never know about the errors.

I've just read yours - thank you! Some of the details you mentioned were suggestions from my beta reader so I can't take all the credit.

Thanks to everyone else who has commented, it's been one of my best stories in terms of positive comments. I'm very grateful.

Hopefully over the weekend I'll read some of the other stories in this challenge.

I decided to go for the daily double (April Fools contest and the Tainted Love Romantic Horror Challenge) and wrote a flash fiction story. It will post tomorrow.

I edited and resubmitted one and it is set for tomorrow. The other is still scheduled for the 17th. I’m ok with having them spread out, though.

My Painted Love story for tomorrow isn’t Tainted at all, it is based on the funny lighthearted version of the song that i was singing to myself as I wrote my real submission.

I am planning to read every submission and want to make sure I include everyone as I have a goal at the end of this that I hope everyone who participated will enjoy.
