Tallulah's Thread. Fuck yeah.

For those who know or care or don't care but are nosey...

Just spent time in my new build space that will be mostly open kitchen/diner... the frame is up, the roof is mostly done though the skylight and french door spaces are still open gaps.
Have been measuring up and drawing on the floor to mark out internal stud walls of where I want the cloakroom, the boot room/storage, and the pantry.
This is getting real now! :nana:

I now have internal walls! The majority of it has been plastered. I also have a skylight, though the French doors remain elusive. I had a 'designer' radiator delivered the other day which is currently clogging up my hallway.
I'm still waiting for the council to actually greenlight the external doors (1800s house in a Conservation Area but my doorman is still confident it won't be a problem as I'm swapping out 70s doors for Victorian style as per the house).

Still far to go, but hoping to get kitchen designer in this coming week to confirm predicted dimensions. One day at a time. And I need to get my range cooker ordered!

Ooo get you.. a range cooker, very Victorian!

Range cooker? Fancy fucker 😝
This week, the plumber was uhmming and ahhhing with the builder about routes from the extension to the main house and when he saw the boiler he burst into a wide grin and said "Oh, we're laughing, you've got a Baxi 800. How posh are you?" :ROFLMAO:

We are not posh. But we do tend to invest as much money as we can for important stuff like boilers.

So, last night I watched Good Omens 3, after the last two episodes of season 2.

And for the rest of the evening, I was a hot mess of horniness and fantasies. Goddammit.

I won't give away any spoilers in case anyone is wanting to watch, but David Tennant in his role as Crowley *almost* gets me as wet as much as Cumberbatch does as Sherlock. *whimpers*
