Ummm, I've never been serenaded, so I don't have an honest answer.
However, I think ... why wouldn't any woman NOT like it.
Mmmmm sounds delish ... I've never had Bananas Foster but I do know I want to try it.
Nothing much. Debating what I want to watch on tv.
Bananas Foster is actually easy when you get the knack of it down.
You need a good skillet, butter, early ripe bananas, a smidge of cinnamon, and rum.
Heat the skillet with the butter until bubbly. Slice a banana down the middle lengthwise and place in the skillet. It only takes a couple of minutes and then flip them. After a minute maybe, sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Here comes the tricky part. Have some a scoop of vanilla Blue Bell ice cream on a saucer ready. When the bananas are almost done, pour a jigger of the rum into the skillet and flambe it. As soon as the fire goes out, slide the bananas and syrup onto the ice cream. Serve and eat immediately.
The appeal of it is getting to where you can flip the bananas without a spatula. Have the lights dimmed and its a very dramatic event.
I think I'm going to watch Hunger Games again. There is something about the storyline that really appeals to me.
You could watch it with me and enjoy dessert.
