I find no credibilty in the opinion of anyone that tells constant lies about himself to get women to cyber/meet/sex with him. No it was lovely and I rarely feel the cold when I run. It was a beautiful clear day. The first mile or so were heavy going as I've not run for a little while now but I will soon be back up to 5 miles a few times a week
