I think I have more fast twitch fibers than slow twitch.

KC, have you come up with a plan or are you just here to flirt?

If WD was a brother that would blow my mind. I already hurt my head trying to switch mental pictures of him from "burr-headed southern State Trooper" to "1980's-era Allman Brothers roadie" when I learned he smoked shit.....
 
One thing I've noticed about the gym is the women with the best bodies aren't afraid of busting their asses in the weight room. While the others might make a token effort on a few machines and then quit.
 
I had a good week too. Fitness and willpower must be in the air, perhaps in connection with the advent of summer.

there's certain kinds of cheese that can be made to work .. nonfat ricotta works really well for substitutes for things like cream cheese / etc.

It is always a mood lifter for me. The warmer weather, and longer days.

I also feel like I'm in 4 wheel drive with good cardiac and seeing my bench weight going up every week. I have to keep it above the horizon though. When I do crash, I can stay away for a month or two.

WriterDom tells the truth. There is no substitute for the primary, secondary and tertiary muscle torture created by resistance exercises which require you to balance as well as push. Squats, clings and snatches and the like.

Unfortunately you have to be very comfortable with the proper form or you can kill yourself. I hate not having a work-out partner. All the fancy equipment in the world is just a substitute for a good spotter.
 
I'm headed over to ROcky's Gym right now and yes I will be on the pussy ass machines and not back with the big dogs.
 
I wonder if orgasms make you weak. Should you wait to have sex or jerk off after the workout? Or is that just a myth.
 
I've put this to the test many a time. They make you weak and sap all will. Sexual frustration is the prime motivator known to man.

and with that it is off to rockys with me.
