Me too. I have to do low impact exercise, like walking, and I have a spinning bike, which I’m using right now!Walking is good for the back. I second that! It is also good for your brain and your heart too. I cannot run anymore because of back issues but walking is good.
I try to get 10,000 steps every day even if I’m in the office.
