That was my job, too. Since I can't make a pie crust and Costco can, I got a pumpkin and Pecan pie there. I made Black Forest gateau mini cakes.

I make apple pies and my own crust. For a perfect crust every time I use oil. I will make the crust, and you can make the filling.
