I did the same - ripped my CDs (and a lot of album tracks w an MP3 turntable) to MP3s.

There is a counter revolution to the cloud now. People want their shit on their devices now. Good!

I had a Bowie listening session yesterday as I was working. On vinyl of course, the thing is, you start at the beginning of the album and don’t get up until the last song is played. Kind of “forces you” to listen to the whole thing discovering some songs that were not as popular. 1734001467005.png

Stay in. Close to the fireplace. The old dog wants that, too! When it's icky out, I just put my girl on a retractable leash, stand in the doorway, and tell her to potty. I get "the look" but she goes pretty quickly then runs back in.

Have to agree. Every so often, we break out a bunch of records and give them a good listen.

Always some hidden gems, and sometimes just some filler.

They do make MP3 turntables. I had one, but then it started going to shit. But not before I ripped a shit ton of music. A lot of my punk rock 45s.

Here’s some of my dad and gran’s 45s. I like how the country records were labeled “hillbilly.” 😂
