Our cat is 6 now but still gets the zoomies. He loves to try to race past us in the hallway.

He sounds like a small buffalo!

We talk. He's frail but his hair is still pretty good. He purrs if it suits him. He doesn't seem to be circling the drain. I check on him several times a day. He's still eating and drinking. I kinda think that I'll go in to check on him and he'll have slipped away in between, kinda like she did one night five years ago.

Totally get that.

iTunes isn’t even a thing anymore. They just do streaming. I like mp3s and to listen to what I want when I want to.

I did the same - ripped my CDs (and a lot of album tracks w an MP3 turntable) to MP3s.

There is a counter revolution to the cloud now. People want their shit on their devices now. Good!

I have a lot of vinyl and cassettes I'd like to rip, too.

I have a lot of vinyl and cassettes I'd like to rip, too.

I had a Bowie listening session yesterday as I was working. On vinyl of course, the thing is, you start at the beginning of the album and don’t get up until the last song is played. Kind of “forces you” to listen to the whole thing discovering some songs that were not as popular.

Lord the wind is loud! I am not sure I will walk the dog. Schools are closing.

Stay in. Close to the fireplace. The old dog wants that, too! When it's icky out, I just put my girl on a retractable leash, stand in the doorway, and tell her to potty. I get "the look" but she goes pretty quickly then runs back in.
