Only for medical procedures. None were supposed to be 24 hours but a few were
Mostly the fasts I choose to do willingly allow clear liquids - and I allow bone broth and apple juice as needed to keep blood sugars in balance.

Due to the nature of my work, a 24 hour fast on food is common... Due to the way I treat my liver and kidneys, I try to drink copious amounts of water.
Please enlighten me to the benefits of the "dry fast."
