The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Too sensitive is much preferred to too callous 🫂

Pshaw!!! You love my callousness and you knew it quite well.

Wrapping up today. A bit of progress was made, but nothing substantial. Reckon I'll call in for work tomorrow and try one more time to get all of these calls made and the missing key found. They're s'posta move the doctor tomorrow. Once again, we'll see.

Just seen a fascinating conversation on X about sleep.

Harvard research showed that if you are in a cool room you will get to sleep in six minutes.

If you are in a warm room it's likely to take 20 minutes or more to get to sleep.

Wherever you are, and whatever the temperature, I hope you all sleep well.

We went decimal a long time ago in our attempts to keep up with our European neighbours.

52 Fahrenheit is around 11 degrees Celsius. This week we'll average around 15 Celsius but some heavy rain is heading south, which may force me to rethink my outdoor sports activities!
It's scheduled to hit 70° (22C) later this week in a last hurrah before winter starts to kick in later this month.

Here an hour early for the 3AM Club. Joy . . . ! Reckon I'll make some coffee then. TDK hasn't squawked for food - yet. Then again. I haven't been into the kitchen yet to make coffee. That will likely set her off.

Looks like the high for the day was at its very beginning. Freezing by tomorrow morning.

I've shot temperatures in my stateroom as low as 49F....
I'm grateful that my Goddess bought me an electric blanket!
