The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I've only had one person flatline on a saturation dive boat.
15+ minutes of CPR and 2 jolts from an AED brought him back.
USCG refused to come pick him up, so the client sent a private MedFlight. The man walked to the chopper under his own power.

That boat had 3 previous deaths, suicides, 2 by hanging, one jumped overboard in a bad storm.
What in the hell???

Thank you as that is good advice. I read that as we age, we don’t realize how dehydrated we get. I have been adding more protein like chicken and eggs to my diet.

Aging is more complicated isn’t it?
Also the thirst center in your brain stops working as effectively in the old brain as it atrophys with age.... isnt that a comforting thought

Oh and all your teeth start migrating to the front....hahahahaha

I have been super busy. We stayed in Philly Sunday night and I had an all day team meeting in Philly on yesterday and today. So I worked in the Philly office on Monday.

And yesterday and today.

Holy hell, work is busy.

Last night I went out to dinner and got back around 8:30 and went directly to sleep…

You should be able to work remotely, no? I always got my best work done at home. Not as many interruptions and people stopping by the office for who knows what.

Yes sir I agree... if you EVER hear that I committed suicide, either investigate, or tune into the 6 o'clock news and enjoy the show! 🤣

Seriously though, one hanged himself in the starboard escape trunk, the other, in the port #2 ballast tank, and the overboard guy... Freddie doesn't count, because we brought him back.

I also worked with 2 more, but they did it on dry land, one succeeded, one didn't.

This line of work isn't cut out for everybody.
