Up. Coffee. We haz Wintry Mix out there. Barely below frozerizing, not that it matters much. It is December, after all. Gotta call Bob at the place in NJ re: the old car and if they got the damned tire/tube/wheel thingie fixed. We'd only drive it around their bigass lot, but that's kinda the thing one does with a car which is presented for sale as a runner/driver/stopper. Going is nice - stopping is fucking mandatory.
Ran into a tad bit of a hitch on Dr. Tyler's estate disposal sitcheeayshun. After further review, it may not be that much of an issue but rather a slowdown in disposal. Acceptance is the art of not giving much of a fuck except about choosing which is the hill to die on . . . .

Morning all. Got a call from momma yesterday. Monday is booked it appears. Doctor visit to oncologist, drop the remaining remnants of the nut cake baked back in Sept to her brother in assisted care, Christmas wreaths for the graveyard, lunch at our favorite seafood house…not in that order probably.
Rainy and cold. Debating to walk or wait it out? Fire and coffee may win the morning on this decision.

I was in a national guard unit after active duty and there was the most typical central PA guy named Stash or stosh (Polish nickname for Stan).
He was our NBC NCO (nuclear biological chemical weapons specialist). Anyway, he was always never around. And when I did see him at the mess hall or fucking around in the motor pool, he would always say in his central pa old guy accent… “tanks, tanks, tanks… that’s all I ever hear outta you young fellers…”
A total character. He looked like he was 75 years old!

This guy was Stan, from somewhere around GA, or maybe AL - I don't remember. He's the guy who "knew" the Allman Brothers. He was a piece of work. Stetson hats - had one style he liked, so he had five of them, all with the same Injun Jewelry adornments. Lotsa other Injun Jewelry, too, the silver and turquoise stuff. Cuff bracelets, the belt, and I don't remember what else. He wore boots, but I didn't know enough about them then to know what was what. He was a walking stereotype of Allah knows what.

No one hurt so that is most importantI had a busy day of doing errands today. I needed to get some more lighted garland for my front windows. I finally had success at the third store.
On the way home I got rear ended by a girl who probably slid on the wet pavement. I'm fine and there's no obvious damage to my mid-sized SUV. Her little Hyundai, however, did not fare so well. I'll take it into the dealership probably next week for them to check it over. I already talked with the girl's mom. They seem like normal, sane people so I'm not anticipating any problems.
I forgot to post this spectral moon shot I got last night. It was cloudy and the moon was playing peek-a-boo!

Water has to be part of it.
We have a little food joint up the road that has pop machine, small town so no city water. They have a well, and the pop just tastes amazing there.

Took pain meds...
Got my ice pack... the area around my belly button is SORE. Well the whole abdomen is a bit ouchie
My back and shoulder are sore from the c02 gs tgey use to inflate to get the job done
Gonna get dressed jn my velour track suit ....it is so soft on the outside and inside.
My sister forgot to give me my wallet so she has to bring it over tonight.....
