I dunno abt that.
I have a few natural talents.
I can remember obscure shit for years ago, but I can’t remember anything near term. It has made me goof at trivia. (But serves very a few important matters)
I can also estimate time and distance very well.
I can lift heavy things.
That is pretty much it!![]()
Say hi to the poodles from meKitten is settling in with the other household monsters here. There have been fewer horrible noises out of her. She is really talented at making Horrible Noises, too. Gotta get dressed here in a bit and go out to feed the barn critters.
I may score a tractor later this week. A bigger one. All diesel an' shit.
Etm . . . .
Yes, you didn't mess with our Welch's Grape jelly-Flintstone jars. My country-boy dad, even showed me a way to make cheap milkshakes with the almost empty jelly jars. Fill them with milk, screw top back on, and shake-hard. For reference, my mom and dad literally got married(eloped) right at the beginning of the great depression. So we were taught countless money-saving 'hacks'.Did I read that correctly??![]()

I am 58 and I hear retirement calling me. But the bank account and the financial scenarios all say, “not yet.”The closer you get to retirement age, the higher your aversion to all work meetings.

To be sure, I’ll never stop working, but I don’t wanna work bullshit corporate work. I have maybe 4 -5 more years of that.I was thinking two more years. Now I'm thinking one and done.
What did you use to whip up the eggs?
I actually didn’t whip em. I sautéed the veggies and then just added a few eggs.
What?!? A missed opportunity for this musical gem??? Quelle tragédie! You missed the joke - never mind!

I would schedule my dental appointments to coincide with staff meetings. Much less painful,The closer you get to retirement age, the higher your aversion to all work meetings.
I’m heartily in agreement with this, but I will say that I’d rather have a 15 minute quick meeting then spend 45 minutes with several email exchanges of a complex ideaMost meetings are email failures
