Thank you for your best wishes. I feel a little better but there is more recovery to be done. I have also discovered one thing immensely more painful and debilitating than having the flu.

That is passing it onto The Management. I may survive the former but possibly not the latter.

I used to carry the tiny Siamese together. They were quiet that way.

I had two Siamese, and they where wailers . It was the end of the world to our them in a carrier.

There is a 1927 Pierce-Arrow rumble seat coupe for sale in Iowa. A bit pricey, but all but one-of-a-kind. The little Marmon is also still out there.

I found an Irish pub near the job site. Dark as pitch at high noon. Thank Allah for pocket flashlights. I had the fish-n-chips. It suited me. Cute waitress. It needed gangsters seated in the very back.

These two, dear-hearts that they were, were a matched pair, and very deeply bonded. They could be wailers when separate, but I boxed them for a day to go out of state, and I boxed them together. They were small. The only noises I hear after they settled in was when she whacked him in his head for getting on her nerves.

I took the her away for a weekend, by herself. She sang the songs of her people coming and going. The funniest when when I was driving out of a tunnel and being passed by a throaty motorcycle and she yelled in my ear, all at once. I almost fouled the cab of the truck.

It looks like Weasel town is a-gonna get plastered. And if I read the notice/email sent out by the regional manager correctly, she has pushed my schedule off one week. It's not really in her purview of powers, but it's a hill that Wat isn't willing to die on. It's still looking like Snowmageddon any way you slice it.

They have excellent car shows there. Ford nationals Dodge nationals Chevy nationals pick up truck show, I think they might even have an old timey car show.

And it’s only about two hours from our place.
