I don't get it either. But when the the grand kid gets to 7 "ate" 9 she almost pisses her pants. Makes me laugh too.I dont know what that 6 7 shit is...
It is totally sus
I want to make it two years without one of those. Although, when I broke down and went to the eye doc for a stye a few months ago I got the horse pill size anti-biotic. Still haven't wore that bitch out yet. Had perfect vision after the cataracts. But now the left eye wakes up with snot like tears in it. Really annoying. Specially if I go outside and have to wipe it under the sunglasses. My sister had it, too. But time and tide wait for no one.
I only go outside in the day, if the sun is shining. It would be heavenly if'n it warn't s'fuckin' cold.
I hadda white meat lovers pizza one time. One of the meats was veal.Meat, meat, cheese, meat, meat, cheese!
I wonder how to get the texture of the potatoes right. The rest is pretty good. I could have taken the jalapino out sooner. I had to add a little cream and sour cream to level it off. But I want the potatoes to have less bite, more flavor. I'm gonna gorge. Maybe noodles tomorrow. Looks like the healthy parts of DHS are unfunded again. The woman will appreciate a special lunch tomorrow. Or maybe Wednesday. Whenever they tell them to work from home since they are withholding paychecks again.I had a 2+lb london broil I bought discounted and tossed in the freezer and pretty much forgot about. I ran it in the sous vide for a while to thaw, then opened. Smells great. Its getting some concoction like wanderer's. Red wine garlic onion carrot celery mushrooms. I had a leek left over. Most of a box of fresh thyme. Bay. A jalapeno. Some potato. A tomato I found that was still good and some paste.
Just a cook everything in the fridge before it goes bad day. I still can't decide noodles, pasta or rice.
I'm going to have to open another bottle of wine.
That song still plays in my head when I am on a mission.Rip, Tom Hagen and of course Col Kilgore…
Down with marketingThe pork industry wouldn’t do that!
Would they?
I guess they were just following suit with the sugar industry who tried to sell that sugar was not fattening.
This year is a special one... Year of the Fire Horse

Oh my! Another political statement in the dive bar!The pork industry wouldn’t do that!

Me too. But I'm gonna eat first. I decided on egg noodles. 45 min or so in the oven all the textures are A OK. Flavors blended. I will eat too much and lay down. I should start earlier.Sweet Dreams, spoonies
Ignore!Technically I didn’t name names![]()

Pigs are good. nNK?
Sugar is good. nNK!
But like horses and cowboys, those pigs were introduced to the America's by the Spanish.
I don't necessarily agree with the Spanish but on the one thing. I all the way love pork. Pig food. All the way.
And I think there is some farmland in California I would feel privileged to hunt pigs that live on acorns in the fall.
After harvesting one, I would like some one to help me understand how to get that black hair off so I could get to the business of pulling out the good parts from the first one. Then making an old school picking out of the second. The oak that bore the acorns is fine for the smoke. I won't be able to chop it all fast enough, but I could eventually chop it.
Sugar is good with pig. Like Chinese food adding sugar to pig is a mix you can make perfect. All food good is sugar fat starch, adding protein is just natural. Go find your favorite Chinese restaurant. oil starch protein sugar. The rightliest combination is your favorite Chinese restaurant. Who figured it out first? Those who loved pig or those who found the spices we use as controls. Accoutrements. Simple modifications to the mundane to distract ourselves from the repetition we all endure? Occasionally inspiring the sensation of heat without burning anything. After that all the culinary entertainment is fermented.

It's gorgeous!Open car, good price, great condition, year range I like, rumble seat, not that far from the house. The Palance car I was gonna buy has disappeared off the interweebles. No loss, really. I'ma exploring options. I'd prefer a full classic, but This one checks an awful lotta boxes.
I can't imagine much food I remember would still be there. If you can make a Flyers game the brisket is to die for.Gnight, spooners.
