I’m definitely ready to be a grandmother. A lot of my friends are, but my kids are not in the space in their lives when that’s a practical reality yet.

It will happen when it happens. Or not. My mom got three grands total from her 5 children.

I’ve always wanted to try roasting a goose. I’ve heard it’s not easy. I don’t ever remember seeing it on any menu at the game houses I’ve visited over the years either. Yet, it was a staple in years gone by?

I've eaten goose, but never made one. I have made duck (for Christmas one year) which turned out really good!

HOPEFULLY, fingers crossed we've been "adopted!"... she showed up yesterday morning, ate a can of tuna, and bonded with my Goddess and me.

I stayed out of that one. Junior isn't happy about his diet of late. The mother-person doesn't cook much - I remember this.
