I’ll add that over time, we should expect LLMs, distributed computing optimizations and chips to become more power efficient, reducing electricity consumption and cooling demands.I agree, and they can be located in areas zoned for industrial use, and open space areas reasonably distant from residential neighborhoods. Plenty of depressed cities across the country can and are benefiting from the tax revenue they bring in.
