You're saying that a LAW passed by Congress and signed by a President which doesn't allow for due process prior to removal of those subject to the LAW isn't "legal."

Do you have any precedent for that argument? Because I assure you that there's precedent opposite to what you're trying to say. I truly don't understand why due process can't be afforded except that our administration wants to expedite without question and/or they are rounding up actual citizens or people who should not be included in deportations.
