Thanks.....I`m actually classed as disabled with my back due to arthritus so I have good days and bad days, today is a bad day.

I'm actually disabled myself, and the bad back was due to that (i got scoliosis and then had to have surgery)

It`s not good when the back goes is it. It`s a bit of a coincidence that we both suffer with back problems though. How bad is yours?

mines kind of ok now, i had an operation on it about 6 years ago, called spinal fusion, so it's got a piece of metal from top to bottom, to keep it straight, and then the vertebrae fuse together.
i don't get back ache now, but i used to get it really bad, so i can really understand what it's like

Ah right....I do have a mobility scooter but I only use that when my back is really bad, otherwise I just use a stick. The dr`s are always saying that I will end up in a wheelchair but I`ll fight it as long as possible as I have an 8 yr old daughter who I want to play with as normally as I can while I can
