Well, I know he covered "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and his style raised quite a stink in the process. But, Monty Python and Capt. Kirk? Seriously?

Seriously... I will be sending you a program.

And no, Capt. Kirk did not team up with Monty Python. I was just having fun with you.

Kinda seems like the fun was lost somewhere in regard to you and another. Sorry.

Yo La Tango

band I'd love to go back in time to see, The Jam

Agreed, they make incredible noises live, it's so sonically rich I almost fell off the ledge I was sitting on.

And I'd have the Jam on my time travel to do list.

Just curious, here. And, I might be showing my age, but you mention this as a "DJ" you'd like to see live. In my book, a DJ is one person. Is this one person with a backup group, or what?

Is this a group i.e. a band, one person? And, is this selection the normal length of a song, or is this one of the longer ones, at 30+ minutes? I'm familiar with songs that are anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes, sometimes longer, played live.

And, If this were to be played live, how many individuals would be on stage?

Sorry, for what might seem to you to be unusual questions. Thanks.

Well this guy has cd decks and turntables of chiptunes and mixes em together like any other dj. But his mixing is pretty cool, but could have been more imaginitive, especially if he were to use mixer effects, scratching. But he did play around with some of the effects in theere, like subtle uses of delays and pitch shifting and all that. But dj's who spin chip are so very rare and so this guy must be commended for that fact.

Xelebes, ever seen ninja tunes/ cold cut/ kid koala?

I've been lucky to see the ninja tunes / cold cut thing live.

Desert Rose. www.yolatengo.com should spell it out. Sometimes they are loud and raucous and sometimes very pretty and quiet.
