Cooking roast chicken and all the trimmings later for the Sunday roast.

Muddy but good. 6:15 on the dot. A little faster than I meant to run it but I felt good. Second lap was faster than first which is a good sign for my fitness level with three weeks until my big race.Morning, Dayhoosier.

Will also cook onion and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, mashed carrot and swede, honey glazed roasted parsnips and carrots with rosemary, cauliflower cheese, tenderstem brocolli and a chicken gravy as the sides.
I cheat with the cauliflower cheese though and use a ready prepped version
EDIT: And Yorshire puddings... a roast dinner isn't complete without them!
