That's what we do when the heat in south of Europe is too much. We flee up the alps the hottest days. Or float around in the water.
But I can't do that to much or I will compete with @EyesOnHers boiled Lobster color. :ROFLMAO:
 
Now, if you’re talking about the mountains of NC, then that’s different. Temperature is usually 10° to 15° cooler than the piedmont and the humidity is less. So, it’s very nice, especially in the summer

I’d rather flee to the coast. The NH coast stays a little cooler, usually, at least if there’s a breeze.

I don't need sunscreen, I need sunblock! :ROFLMAO:
Sunscreen 30 under a parasol. I was slightly red after two hours. So I'm very careful about the sun.
I have no trouble with the heat as long as I drink a lot of water. So if you see a tall pale bloke sneaking in the shadows when you are around the south of Europe, it could be me.......:cool:
