We always have an Easter weekend cook out.

I just love Mexican food and would like to try real homemade with real local ingredients.
We have all ingredients here in Sweden nowadays but they have traveled around half the world. I imagine it would taste even better when made were the ingredients grow.
Like European tomatoes for example, taste better south of the alps.

I have my sister's ship a ton of spices to me every year. It's the only way to get the most authentic flavor.

We usually get about 15 people to show and they all leave with a ton of food. I just don't know how to cook in smaller portion sizes.
