One of the people who live in this complex went to assisted living on Wednesday. She told me she was going on Thursday but her kids came in and whisked her away and I never got to say goodbye. She had requested that I bring my dog down to say goodbye as she loved him. I’m sad and angry today.

That is sad. My mom is in one also. They love seeing visitors. So see if you can bring the dog and visit. The smiles you will see is amazing. Of course need to check with facility if pets are allowed.
