I’m on my way!!!As soon as I get done with this tutoring session I'm starting on dinner:
Steak
Mashed potatoes
Roasted carrots
Then beers and basketball
The summer really removes the fun double entendre exits…

I don't know what you are doing for that but yes unused to toss them in oil, then toss them in grated Parm and garlic...OR if you roast the garlic you can toss them in garlic infused oil too
Anyway these will still have parmesan but sadly no garlic

In my right eye for the most part,I was trimming bushes and apparently there was some and I didn't detect it.I can usually spot that and poison oak right off I think it was hid.That.....

Peel and cut carrots into “sticks” about an inch wide, toss them in olive oil and fresh grated garlic (and s&p) then grate some parm on top, roast them at 400° for 20ish minutes and then grate a little more parm on top when they come out of the oven
You could probably also cut into rounds but just adjust your cooking time so they don’t get mushy.
I personally love when the sides of the carrots get the tiniest char on them, seriously delish and easy!
I couldn’t do that because I always over pack. I mean let alone the runningSo this is what will be with me when I'm in the rade ..most of it inside my pack which isn't listed. It does not account for the fluids I'll carry.
