The Cozy Corner

I’m on my way!!!

Also, have you ever made garlic Parmesan roasted carrots? 🤤
Well....and get this...my daughter can't have garlic!! 😫
I don't know what you are doing for that but yes unused to toss them in oil, then toss them in grated Parm and garlic...OR if you roast the garlic you can toss them in garlic infused oil too

Anyway these will still have parmesan but sadly no garlic

Oh man.. I dunno if I know how to cook without garlic 👀

I just tossed them in olive oil and fresh grated garlic (and s&p) then grate some parm on top, roast them and then a little more parm when they come out of the oven
So tasty

Figured it out after a year of testing...garlic,.onions, apples

I learned to get creative when she's home....it's probably made me better in the kitchen actually

Delicious

Tell me more please? 😋
Girl so so easy to make!
Peel and cut carrots into “sticks” about an inch wide, toss them in olive oil and fresh grated garlic (and s&p) then grate some parm on top, roast them at 400° for 30ish minutes and then grate a little more parm on top when they come out of the oven

You could probably also cut into rounds but just adjust your cooking time so they don’t get mushy.

I personally love when the sides of the carrots get the tiniest char on them, seriously delish and easy!

Thank you!

Any veg that gets that bit of char on them - chef’s kiss. They are the best ones.

So this is what will be with me when I'm in the rade ..most of it inside my pack which isn't listed. It does not account for the fluids I'll carry.

Also I need to add pepper spray to the list for dog encounters because last year got wild in parts of Tennessee
I couldn’t do that because I always over pack. I mean let alone the running 🏃‍♀️ needs to be added to that equation…😛.
