Got it! It’s like treading grapes for wine. But it’s sitting on blueberries for juice

It’s setting them out in a single layer on paper towels or a tea towel to dry before storing them back in the fridge. Helps to keep them fresh for a longer time.

I didn’t actually know that there was a term for it until @Dayhoosier used it here recently.
