No! I haven't finished the first Hades yet and I'm a latecomer to Slay the Spire.

The Deck is a brilliant bit of kit. The battery life sucks but I keep it plugged in when I can. Replaying Red Dead Redemption at the moment.

I went with Diamine couldn’t find coral so I found a 6 pack with a nice selection of colors one including a grey. The Diamine was spoke of frequently in the FB group that uses the Hobonichi journal. I put the pilot on my list as it’s a very pretty color. I read more on the “extra ones” which require flushing of the pen and how they may clog a fine point so I decided to wait until I have a bit more experience.

I have a few Lamy pens (not super expensive) but each one is a different nib. My favorite is the extra fine so I’ll try these out with the medium nib.

Sounds good. Diamine has so many excellent shades (I think at least 10 blues) so you can't go wrong. Their QC is also very on point. The Pilot Iroshizuku range is one of my favs, in fact all the colours in their range are very poetic and elegant.

And yes, you'd want at least a medium nib if you want good flow on sheen inks and to see the tonal variations.

Can't believe we got a new Hollow Knight before GTA6. 😂

Off to see I can find JB pen flush and I want that coral that everyone also wanted and has so it’s sold out from where I purchase stationery.

The pilot ink - I want really bad and am trying to hold off as I have one converter and how much ink do I need. Let’s not discuss how many journals I have …. Or pens… let alone I think I’m falling into another rabbit hole with fountain ink…

Hahaha. You don't wanna see my stationery area then. It's an absolute money pit. Thankfully I've cut back a lot since I haven't been writing and doing calligraphy as much. But damn are sheening inks fun to play with on a flexy dip nib.

Remind me to show you. Hmm, do you have a favourite phrase or word to test inks with? I could write something with Witch by Starlight.

PS: If you can't find JB, the Monteverde one is also very good.
