I dont dwell on changing or doing things differently as a kid or teenager, but i would have gone in to massage therapy much sooner i think if i could do it again.

What's everyone looking forward to this weekend?

I’ll be single parenting 3 kids this weekend, so not a lot of time for much else but survival. My daughter is singing the national anthem with her school choir at an mlb game Saturday, that’ll be fun.

I'm a scientist by profession so there's that, geography, geology, hiking,wildlife (I'm a fundraiser, wildlife recorder and committee member of a nature reserve), gardening, cooking, baking bread, whisk(e)y, cricket, guitars, music, art, photography, woodwork.
