I usually start out with a bang, slow down in the middle of the day and then use the walking pad or the treadmill at the gym. But tonight it was 66 degrees out so I did a lot of steps out there….love the fresh air.

I know I said I was making veggie kabobs but I realized I didn't want to take the time to make them. So instead I had hubby grill the veggies along with the chicken.
